Okay...
The headset works great with the desk phone but for some reason it does not want to connect with my iphone when placing calls. Overall I like it better than the 10 year old Plantronics headset it replaced. If I had not dropped my old one I would not have found this one. The volume control is great and I love the neck strap instead of using the headband or the ear loop. Very comfortable.
