This is the most comfortable, adjustable headset I have used - exactly fits my needs. The cushioned earpiece is so much more comfortable than the ear-buds, and the mic is fully adjustable & swings out of the way. Clarity & volume are excellent when the headset is properly placed on the ear/head. I will probably buy one or two more for my other phones & for backup.

I misplaced my previous headset and decided to purchase this one to use while in the car. I have a hard time hearing the person that is speaking to me while driving at faster speeds, such as on the freeway. Around town, at about 25 MPH, I can hear fairly well. The first problem is that you cannot turn up the volume. It is what it is and it is not loud enough. Secondly, the people on the receiving end of this headset, have complained that there is too much background noise. One of my friends thought that I was sitting at the beach due to all of the background noise she was hearing. I don't know which headset to try next, but I do not recommend this headset at all!

I should have listened to the reviews on this product. I went for the price. That was good, but the sound was fuzzy and my friend told me that it sounded like I was sitting on the crapper talking. I would rate this less than one star. it's a P O S.

At first we really liked this headset but now already it is cutting out and working intermittently. It has not yet been a year so maybe it will fall under warranty. I was going to purchase another one but now they are ten dollars more than I paid so I think I will keep looking.

The Plantronics Mobile Phone Noise Canceling Headset has worked really well for us. My husband is a truckdriver and needs something handsfree so he can keep his hands on the wheel. This headset was very reasonably priced at $** with shipping and he has had no problems with it. The only thing he has said is that he wished the volume was little higher. All in all well worth the money.

I found this to be of good quality and lightweight. I can hear well and can speak in normal tones. It would be better if if was changeable to work on either ear.

One out of 4 so far seems to be fine, but the other 1 I've tried cuts out, and the volume is too low. Will try to elaborate when I've tried the other 2. So far, not impressed.

This product is a very good value. Comfort of the fit is also a big plus. Would have given 5 stars - however, there is slight volume issue with the microphone.
