I love this Plantronics M210C Headset; it allows me to talk for short or long periods of time without having to hold onto the phone. Everyone I have spoken to on the phone while using the headset has been happy with the quality of the sound of my voice and also the audio level is loud enough for them to hear me while using my normal speaking voice. It works great.

everyone claims they can here me fine with this headset, but i can barely hear them, even when it is set to high. i am extremely disappointed with this purchase. i don't think it is that comfortable either. boooooo.

This was a gift for my Mother. After a surgery that made it hard for her to keep her arm in the position necessary to talk on the phone for a long period of time she would talk on speaker and it made it very hard to hear her or talk in private since it was on spreaker. She says the sound is very clear on her end and listening to her it also sounds good.

This item is great for people whom need to work with their hands and talk on the phone at the same time, great for phones that have clips attached to them, so that you can carry the phone in your pocket.

The headset is fine, but I would rather have a set that sits tighter. This one tends to slide around a little as I move around. Other than that, it's fine. One other thing that is missing is that I wish it had a volume control so that I could make it louder if I need.

This is the most inefficient headset I have ordered for my phones to date. The volume is too low on all my phones and any background noise at all makes conversations hard, if not impossible, to listen to.

This product did not have good phone reception. My party could not hear me from the onset although I could hear them. the volumne control did not help this situation. I have had it 2 months and looking for another. I would not recommend this head set.

The only thing that I liked better about the original headset that came with the telephone (which I bought on Overstock too and is the best phone I ever had) is that it had a little light that flashed when the wearer of the headset was on the phone. This one does not have that, but it still works very well.

bought this for Mother-in-law to use without hearing aids due to feedback. Really never made it for her. Works okay, but not for those with any hearing problems

Plantronics is a trusted name, beats the cheap stuff that always breaks. No volume control, clear, static-free performance. No frills, but it is a business quality item, not Hi-Fi.. good value, quality is evident.
