I love it - fits nicely and excellent clarity
I love this ear set. I first purchased the jawbone and had nothing but trouble with it staying in my ear and hearing. Everyone who I spoke with using it told me that they couldn't hear or understand me. The jawbone was not cheap. With the Plantronics M20 ear set I have had NP complaints that I couldn't be heard or understood and it fits perfectly in my ear and very comfortable - you don't even realize that it's there.. For a fraction of the price of the jawbone this is a winner and I highly recommend it.
