Just don't love the charger connector. Not the small USB

I had an older version that I loved, lost it. So glad to find this style again.

This item never arrived. I gave the company the benifit of the doubt and reordered - again, it never arrived. Don't do business with this type of company. Sooooo frustrating and embarrassing. I was trying to replace an earpiece for someone (which I broke by accident). This made it look as though I was not replacing the item as promised...
