I have to say that this item was extremely easy to set up with my LG Shine phone. It took about five minutes and I was up and running. It was a great value for the price, especially since you get both the house and car charger with it. The only complaint I have is that people tell me that I sound like I'm always on speakerphone when I use it. However, on my end I hear things clearly with no problems and it is very comfortable to wear. I don't use it often, only on long trips in the car, etc. so all in all it was a great item for me at a very reasonable price.

Beware! Because your phone is Blluetooth, there's no guarantee it is compatible with this headset. It will not work with Motorola RAZR V3 and several other V series. Google the Plantronics compatibility list before buying this one.

This headset was very easy to link and very easy to use however I was told it picks up alot of back ground noise but it was clear on my end all in all I am happy with it I just keep my phone on me and it does not get static for the person I am speaking to. The color was not the red I thought though more of a burgandy than a real red. But t is a great value. The ear pice keeps it from flopping around too I LOVE that

I am pleased with the bluetooth. It seems to work well, however I think my LG VX 8700 is not the most reliable when using bluetooth devices.

The Plantronics Explorer 320 is a solid unit, easy to sync to my phone(Motorola ic902) and after a few days found it very easy to use and wear all day. I run a mobile repair service and the unit is solid in the ear and it does not wiggle or fall out. The deal on this unit was that its a refubished headset but have had no issues to date over two solid weeks of use so far. Good charge times, long talk time and even longer standby times. Unit has Great volume and sound quality is good(some static @ times). Some people say they can hear stuff thats in my background like the tv or radio and i guess thats good, most dont know I'm on a bluetooth headset till I tell them. Overall I would recommend this unit and think for the great price on Overstock it a no brainer.

I was reviewing bluetooth headsets for quite some time since it became a driving law in California. Basically I just needed a bluetooth to use when I was driving in my car. I looked on Overstock and looked at plenty of reviews of the different headsets. When I received this headset, it was easy to connect with my Palm cell phone, it was clear to hear other people on the headset and my callers said it was clear to hear me. Although it takes some time to get it to fit in my ear all the way...but other than that I am very satisfied with the product. A good buy especially if you're only using it for use in the car. It charges very fast and the battery lasts a long time. I'm a very proud customer!

I have owned several other brands but none have compared with the Plantronics in overall performance. I have recommended it to family members and they also are happy with it.

Just received this product yesterday (very quick shipping), and am totally happy with how it looks and works. I am especially happy with the ease of pairing it to my cellphone.I would recommend any refurbished product that Overstock has to sell.

This worked great with my son's cell phone, but not mine. Unfortunately I purchased this for me, not for him. We both have the same phone, an LG Chocolate, both were purchased at the same time. So why the inconsistency? Would not purchase again.

The only major complaint I have about this product is it is a little cumbersome to put on. The directions make it look easy, but it made for big ears and is hard to get placed right on mine and also hard to keep it in place. I do like the fact that the ear piece swivels, so it can be used on the left or right. I love the sound quality. It is SOO much better then the regular earbud I had before! If someone is looking for a decent, low-cost bluetooth headset, I would definitely recommend this one.

Well, I can comment on battery life, I have only owned the piece for about 2 weeks. The operation and set it up is very easy. I had an old 1st generation blue tooth, and it was a pain to set it up b/c you always had to reconnect it with the phone. This one, u turn the power on, BAM its connected instantly. The only thing I wish it had was a power meter... but... which headset does? I would recommend it to anyone that needs a headset for a low price. Cheaper than getting that hands free ticket in CA.

I have no idea how this item works as there were no instructions. Some kind of corded piece was also sent, but it does not fit the bluetooth anyplace. Everything is completely useless.

I am only giving this an overall rating of 3 stars because I haven't really had a change to really test it out. It took so long to get to me (which was strange, because my products from Overstock usually come pretty quick) that I ended up purchasing another one, not through the mail. I had ordered 2 of them, one for me and one for my daughter. My daughter is away at school right now and could not take her cell phone, so I have hooked one of them up to her cell phone. It was easy to do and seems to be working fine, but I am not really using it. It will have to wait for the test of time.

I took the tent on a recent camping trip and it was so easy to set-up as well as take down. The tent was durable and had many useful features such as ample pockets inside to stow away belongs and ropes to secure the tent in place. The plantronic head sets are the best headsets I've ever purchased. I bought two and they work perfectly. Although there is some minor static every long while, but that's expected of such technology at times; especially when I'm a little far from my phone.

BUT WHO CARES ABOUT THE PACKAGING IT'S WHAT IN THE PACKAGE THAT COUNTS I PROMISE YOU YOU WON'T BE ABLE TO TELL THE DIFFERENCE !!! I'M VERY, VERY HAPPY WITH MY PURCHASE. IT SOUNDS SUPER CLEAR AND THE PERSON YOU ARE TALKING TO HEARS YOU THE SAME WAY I HAVE'NT HAD ANYONE ASK ME WHAT DID YOU SAY OR REPEAT THAT. I RECOMEND THIS BLUETOOTH TO ALL AND I'M NOT GETTING PAID TO SAY THIS I WISH THERE WERE MORE THAN JUST FIVE STARS TO GIVE THIS PRODUCT. FOR THE PRICE YOU CAN'T GO WRONG. The only thing that bothers me about the product is that it goes inside the ear a little too deep for my liking. Besides that, I like the product and would purchase it again if I lost or broke it or it got stolen (or something like that).

I am so very pleased with this product. I lost my original that I've had for about 3 years. It is simple to operate, ( not bunches of buttons or dials). Such a great value. I think it actually works better that the same model when I got it new. Also, Shipping was prompt and I recieved it whithin 3 working days. Overstock is very thorough in their e-mails regarding status of shipment. What a delight. Oh, and I want to say that the people I speak with using this Plantronics Explorer 320 Bluetooth Headset (SKU # 10739035) have very few complaints. I hear the people I call very clearly. I must remember to check O for more items, the option for the Two Year Platinum Protectionj at such a reasonable price is just a major releif.

This is my second experience with the heaset and I love it. Great clarity and people on the other end say they hear me very well. All in all a great product especially at this price!
