Unfortunate
I had orginally purchased this bluetooth because I have problems with the ear piece connections not staying in my ear comfortably . The gel ear pieces are so comfortable and they stay in my ear with ease that I don't even remember I have it in my ear. This is really nice desiged , light headset, easily connected to my bb, and compact storing case, but the audio is poor. When it rang, it was really low and people complained that the audio was not always clear and the background noise. It's really ashame because I really like it.

Think its cool, Ive had it before and lost it so this is my second one and happy with it.

device keeps falling out of my ear
i really like the value and the product, but it is hard for me to keep it in my ear. The sound is clear when the calls come in, the battery life is good, the only thing is trying to get it to stay in my ear.

easy to use
I like it because I had one prior to this one and I lost it that's why I wanted to get the same one that I had before. So far, I think product is good even though it's a little expensive compare to other brand.
