This wasn't what I expected. Unable to use on my cell phone. I believe it would be better used on a house phone. I felt over priced and too out dated.

Well I use the Plantronics Cell Phone Headset for the Xbox 360 as it is compatible for the controller. I am unsatisfied with the overall performance. The headphone gives a lot of feedback and other players are constantly telling me to turn off my mic! Unfortunately there is no off button, so I must take it out of the jack. When I communicate, every one tells me I sound clear but once I stop talking they say the "static" has returned. It is comfortable over the ears but it feels cheap and looks outdated. The picture looks better than the product does in person. The volume control feature is pretty much useless as you can adjust it to only two options, high and low; there is no mute option. There is a slight difference between the two volume options. However, the audio quality is great, but that is about the only thing I like about the Plantronics Cell Phone Headset.

If you've used headsets in the past, you will notice right away the decreased quality of this product. It feels flimsy as it barely sits over the ear. Being that it's inexpensive, I should have expected the poor quality.

Excellent sound, comfort and flexible configuration to boot. Works on home cordless phones or mobile phones!
