This headset was simple to set up...even for the technologically challenged. It took a bit of time to get the settings adjusted perfectly for all parties, and to rearrage the desk so the phone is not next to the computer. The computer causes interference, and the handbook warns of this; they need to be at least 12 inches apart. Over all, it is a great buy! Two days after we bought this, we received a coupon in the mail for this EXACT headset at double the price! One thing to mention though, the receiver has to be off the hook for the headset to work, the lifter lifts the handset slightly to take it off the hook when you push to button on the headset to answer. Our phones are sensitive to the bottom of the handset being removed from the cradle, not the top as most phones (the button to push to hang up is at the bottom) The lifter can not be modified to work on the bottom of the receiver, so we have to hang up the phone upside-down to answer the phone on the headset. On a phone with multiple lines, it shows that extension in use at all times interfering with the intercom feature, and making it impossible to tell from the receptionist desk if that office is on the phone, or just has the receiver turned upside-down. On a normal phone (with ot without multiple lines), it would work perfectly. We can use the headset for the intercom, but have to hang up the receiver correctly, so essentially the user can intercom out....just not receive....which in this case is fine with us. It comes with multiple earpieces so you can find a comfortable fit, works great, sounds clear, has fantastic range, and is simple enough to operate that even MY husband can do it!

Very easy to setup . Always a very clear conncetion, when you are away from the base. Good for about 300 feet . Excellent for hands free to do other things or multi task. Best unit for the money. We now use two of these. Great buy also saved $85.00 thru overstock.com. Thanks
