  • Poor design sadly the only real choice

    If you spend your entire day on the phone then you need this product. Sadly Plantronics is really the only game in town for wireless head sets for desk phones. I hold out hope that some day some one will make a simple bluetooth bridge so I can use whatever bluetooth set I want, for now though we're stuck with Plantronics. This unit gets the job done, but it's bulky and making it's charging connection is VERY finicky. I will connect the earpiece to the charging base and it's a real crapshoot as to wether it will actually start charging or not. I feel like Plantronics needs a real competitor to force them to start focusing on improving design and quality.
