phone for my elderly mom my elderly mom was having trouble seeing and pressing the buttons on her cordless phone. i realized that she just wasn't placing phone calls any more, she'd only answer calls. this phone has been a blessing to her. she loves it. it was easy for me to set up, and easy to teach her how to use it. the only negative is that it does not have an answering machine. those are difficult to find in stores any more. just be aware that if you need an answering machine, order it separately.
