I recently bought "this" item and have many issues: The item I was shipped (twice after attempting a return, but they sent me the same thing) is not at all what is advertised. Many advertised features and pieces of hardware are not included in the item that you will receive. There are no A/V adapter cables, no pausing/rewinding, no remote control, etc.Also, the software that it comes with is kind of useless. To change my input source I had to completely uninstall and reinstall the software. At this moment it isn
