Very easy to download photos; access is easy, too. Bought 4 -- one for me and 3 for gifts to computer neophytes.

Ordered this item as a gift for Christmas. It arrived quickly, well-packaged, and with additional instructions/trouble-shooting tips (along with the ones from manufacturer). It looks just like the one in the picture. It was really easy to add pictures to the digital keychain, took just a few minutes. Because it is a small item with a small screen, it might be difficult for someone with bad vision to see the pictures. It does have very clear pictures and good color. You can add it to your keychain or keep it in your purse for easy access. I think it is a great product, and for the price, it is a steal. I would recommend this product.
