Never disappointed with Canon. Lens is a little heavy, but that's to be expected. Great addition to my accessories.

I was looking for something not too bulky but not too small. This is perfect for me. Can fit my micro 3/4 panasonic camera, some extra lens, flash and accessories. Quality is very good material.

This is for three useful accessory lens items. A lens hood, and two different sizes of polarizing filters. Hardly worth the time to write a review. The only thing is that Overstock sent each piece separately through the USPS. As they are small and lightweight, one wonders why they couldn't have been sent in one package.

This is a great kit that will give you the basic skylight filter as well as others for essential filtering. The case also has room for other filters or your lens cleaning clothes. This is a terrific value for essential accessories for your camera.

This bag has several different compartments for cords, cleaning supplies etc. However, it is rather small and can realistically only hold one lens. This is a very good bag for someone starting in photography who doesn't have a ton of accessories to tote around. It's a good value and very sturdy.

I purchased this bag to hold a small SLR, some filters, one lens and a few other camera accessories, and everything fit in very well...along with my MP3 player, headphones, passport, wallet, some cosmetics and even my Kindle...which slipped nicely into the back section of the bag that holds a very convenient waist strap. I'm not the fanny pack type (who really is?), but having the waist strap really came in handy, giving the bag extra security, taking weight off of my shoulder, and allowing me to rest the camera on top of the bag for even more convenience. Finding that my Kindle fit perfectly into that waist strap section was a real bonus (though my Kindle could fall out if I wasn't wearing the waist belt buckled, but I quickly realized that I could just loosely tie the straps together to secure it...not a big deal, and, as stated, fitting the Kindle in was an unexpected bonus). All in all, I'd say that this bag actually enhanced the vacation I bought it for. My camera was secure and convenient, and I was able to also carry all of my other gear without resorting to carrying a second bag. I highly recommend this bag. The product description is poor, however. This bag is better suited for one medium sized camera, rather than two, and the description doesn't mention the useful waist belt. GREAT BAG.

Got my money's worth. I mainly want to use this lens for moon photos and very distant viewing and picture taking. I used it a few times. It does take a little getting used to but eventually will get accustom to it as with anything else. Photos are excellent. This lens is worth the money spent. It's not auto focus but that just adds more fun to my hobby. Delivery was fast!!!!

I thought I would enjoy this lens with my Nikon however, it is difficult to use, requires manual focus, and the photos are extremly dark. After using editing software to lighten th pictures, the pictures are nearly all blurry. The lens is very heavy and unstable and requires a tripod. I was very dissatisfied with this lens and returned it.

The photos with this lens are great! With an aperture of 2.8 you can get a nice blurry background. It lets in a lot of light. Sharp, crisp images from this lens! With the NEX5 N, and this lens, it can fit in your pocket! If you are looking for small lens with big picture quality, this is definitely what you are looking for!

I take alot of scenery pics and this lens works great. It is heavy so a sturdy tripod is highly recommended. Wildlife pics are a little tricky cause you can't always get your subject to pose for any length of time, but it will work. Great for those far away fall photos,or mountain views. Pictures of lake front property. Two thumbs up!!

I purchased this item and upon using it for the first time I was extremely disapointed. It was user friendly and easy to understand as there are only three pieces. However after uploading my photos they were either non viewable or so light that we were unable to make out the picture at all. Very strange since it was a shot taken at dusk. It's possible that this lens in particular is defective, I will find out after they exchange it for me and if that's the case i will update this review. The view through the lens was fine and they would have been fabulous photos if they had turned out. I tried two other lens' just to make sure it wasn't my camera and it wasn't. They both worked perfect. I hope this was just a fluke because I really like this lens and think it was a good price to pay for it.

For the super low price I paid, I got a great product. I just used this lens for the first time to take engagement pictures for some friends; and the photos turned out beautifully. Comparable lenses can cost more than twice what I paid on Overstock. I couldn't ask for more.

This lens is exactly what I was looking for. Worked on my dslr perfectly. When attached, it gave a 'no lens attached' message, but that only because this is a manual focus lens - perfect for what I need it for. Adjusting the lens was a breeze and the pictures came out great. You can't go wrong for 500mm mirror lens at this price. Overstock shipped in 3 days! - will recommend to all photo enthusiast I know, and will recommend overstock- thank you!

As an 800mm (EFL-effective focal length) for this 500mm f6.3 lens on a APS-C class camera (Canon EOS T1i) you must multiply the mm by 1.6 to get the actual 35mm Camera equivalent focal length, this lens is awesome! For such a long, as in mm, not length, this lens is fast! At a MLB game, I was taking pictures at 1/240th of a second which is way fast enough to eliminate hand held jiggles as well as STOP the action. As mentioned earlier, the marked feet guide on the lens is an approximation, thus, infinity is not necessarily infinity. When taking star photos, you must focus them. Due the fast speed on this lens f6.3, there is a VERY narrow depth of field, even at 1000 ft, you must focus closely to get a great picture. The depth of field seems to be about a 6-12 inches at most. When taking nature photos, try what you think looks sharp, then go forward slightly take a picture, then back slightly and take another, from the 3, you will get some great pictures. I also use a doubler on this lens making it 1600mm (EFL) with f12.6. This makes for much easier focusing due to the larger depth of field but you need MORE light to take pictures. In a lighted stadium, with the doubler, you will still be above 1/125th of a second, still faster than a somewhat steady hand. For the price, this is a great value! Enjoy!

This lens is made of inferior materials. The outer body tube is thin, and the push-pull zoom tube is not heavy enough to hold a full size camera. My Canon 5D3 actually hangs off centerline when the lens is supported by its tripod mount. As far as optically, the f8-16 anf f16-32 aperture combined with the low quality optics creates a horrible chromatic abbheration across the entire picture surface. The entire photo has a grey foggy appearance. over 50 pictures taken at a variety of different settings all resulted in the same fog. I also had a problem with vibration. the lens is so sensitive that I could actually see my building vibrating when I pulled it all the way out to 2600mm. So yeah, no, this lens is extremely poor quality and I have already returned it.

Very good product for the money. Bought to use with my Cannon DSLR and it works as described. You should do quite a bit of practice to learn the correct camera settings to obtain best pictures before taking must save photos.....First usage was at a well known national drag race. Good stop action, great color and easy to focus. Use of a monopod or tripod helps correct camera shake. Lens comes with 3 filters that help out in different lighting situations. This is a good addition to my camera bag.

I was trying to decide between this or a mirrored lens. I decided to try this so I would be able to change the aperture in different lighting situations. I made the right choice. I am very happy with my new Rokinon 500mm x 1000mm telephoto lens. At first I was nervous about picture quality; I must say I was pleasantly surprised by the sharpness and clarity of the photos taken with this lens. It is best to use a tripod. You do need to make sure that you have the object in focus. The 1st day I used the lens a Red Wing Blackbird flew up and landed on a bush just a few feet away and I was able to experiment with the 500 and the 2x converter. With the 2x converter I had to back up an additional 5 to 10 feet to be able to get the whole bird in the frame. And the 2x converter is better than the doublers I have tried in the past. For the price this lens would be hard to beat.

I like the product. I do feel I need to be careful putting it on my cannon lens. I love the case they came in. Also the quality of the glass in the lens covers I ordered them because I knew I needed my lens protected. I took some pictures they worked really well with the light'.
