I bought this to use with my Vizio Soundbar to make the sound "HD" from the standard A/V cables that came with it. I could notice a difference right away. With Blu-ray movies the sound is amazing! It is almost as if you are on set with the film makers hearing the sound. Don't fall for the hype of the "Monster" brand optical cable, as it will not sound any better for four times the price.

great sound quality, easy to hook up, and snaps into port quite well. The only thing I have against this, and its just because of my specific use, is that even though it fits into the port well, it can be pulled out fairly easily which can be a little annoying if you are moving the cable around like I am. Great product, I would bey again

the product is great, it took 9 days to get it, so i think the shipping service on this item stinks, and if i had to go through the postal service with shipping the next time i would cancel the order.

Great quality, better than I expected. You can tell from holding it that even the rubber/plastic is of superior quality than most cables. Comes with little plastic transparent holders that keep you from losing the adapter tips. Excellent.

Does what it needs to do. Easy to use. Had it for a couple of months and have no problems so far.

These are nice optical cables for a great price. My only concern was that the products were dropped shipped from another vendor and were sent in a foam envelope. So the boxes were crushed when I got them. They still worked perfectly.

Consumer sites tell you not to pay more for cables, say, up to 10 ft. long. This is a brand name cable and it does the job nicely. My audio improved with more sound features (pro-logic, pro-logicII, etc.) with my a/v receiver. Try it!
