This is unquestionably the most beautiful mp3 player ever! The picture, though accurate, doesn't do it justice. Phillips went in a completely different direction with the design, and everyone who has seen mine has been fascinated! The sound quality is excellent, operation is a breeze, no problems downloading,screen is clear and readable,sound volume is perfect; this is just one dandy little toy! Did I mention how beautifully it is designed? Just for the appearance alone it would be a great gift!
I purchased the MP3 Pearl a couple of weeks ago. I was very happy with the quick delivery time and the ease in which i was able to install the soft ware and down load the music on it. Overall it is a good device. I have worn it while jogging and it held up fine. The only complaint I would state about it, is that you will have to have quality batteries because the battery life on cheaper batteries does not last long at all. I could not tell that it was refurbished.
It was not very user friendly, the player came with no directions and the customer service at philips was not only not helpful but just plain rude. I will never buy another philips product.
I got this for my husband for his birthday. He is in the National Guard and currently stationed away from us. He says the radio works, but can't get his music he downloaded to it to play.
