Bought this for my sister. She is 14 and hogs the tv just for her twilight movie. This not only stops this but she now cannot live without it! I like the color and how practical it is, plus the price.

I just got back from Florida, this was well worth every penny for the trip with an 8 and a 5 year old in the back. The only problem was it was quiet, but that also encouraged the kids to be as quiet as possible so they could hear the movie.

I bought this DVD player as a gift for my 8 year old granddaughter who was going on a 9 hour road trip. She loved it immediately and from what I heard was completely engrossed for the duration of the trip watching her favorite movies. It quit working a few minutes into the very first movie we played on it. What I liked about it for the few minutes that it worked was the good sound quality.If you buy refurbished, make sure you check the item immediately. I put the box with this item into my Gift Closet unopened because I planned to ship it at some future time as a gift. Eight months later my own dvd player died, and I got this one out to use myself.Because of the elapsed time, I can either phone the mfg to see if they can fix it for a price, or I can return it to Overstock for a percentage that will be determined when they get it and examine it.Up to 70% of its original cost.

This DVD player was bought for our overseas trip with our two-year-old daughter. It deifintely served its purpose. The quality of the picture is great, it is very easy to use, it even has a car charger, which cam handy during our trip. The volume could have been a bit better but it is hard to compete with the airplane engines. Overall, I strongle recommend this player. it looked almost brand new despite being refurbished.

Since I was buying a refurb, I expected it to come scratched. But nope, looked almost new and worked great. I've had it for a few weeks and can say it was worth my money. I use it to watch a dvd at work, to pass time at the laundry mat, or whenever I can find an excuse to use it. Great picture, sound, and just the right size.

I purchased this item to use on a trip back to Canada this Spring. My son is 20 months old and enjoys cartoons so it really helped keep him occupied on the flights. The picture comes in clear and the sound is good. It's cool how the battery right the bottom of the player and no extra weight to it, easy to recharge. The picture doesn't shake when you walk around and easy to carry. I recommend this to everyone.

works fine last almost a whole movie but thats the usual with most batteries not bad though
