I have had this product for almost 4 months, bought it for me and my 4 year old daughter, and have been using it quite a bit. Over all, so far, it has been a really good product. The picture quality is excellent, and it is very easy to use. However, The maximum volume could be a little louder. But at least it has a hook-up for headphones or a small speaker to increase the volume, which I have purchased as well. There have been times when the captioning has blurred, and it would be nice if the re-chargeable battery lasted longer, but over all at this point I would highly recommend this product.
