I bought this for my girlfriend as a Xmas gift. And though I normally stay away from "refurbished" items I colud not afford the price of a factory new one. This one worked just fine and my girlfriend was thrilled to get it for use with her i-pad.

I bought this product solely based on the description that you can "Dock any iPod/iPhone, even in its case". I received the product and was unable to dock an iPhone 3GS in its case as well as an iPhone 4S in it's case. The product seemed to be good quality but I had no interest in it since I was unable to dock the phone in it's case. Overstock.com should either take that out of the description or maybe there are specific cases that it works with and they need to state that. I sent the product back and they held the shipping out of my refund.
