Customer Reviews
Nice features and image quality, battery life is too short. But what can you expect for older technology. Extend battery life by running the audio through a car aux input. 20 to 30% extension.
This little machine can do a lot of stuff. It's plays my ipod videos with ease (just remember to plug in the unit or the Pod's battery will drain) and all my dvds. I watch Japanese animation and some of it is not available for our Region. The sound is good - the only thing that it does is warble at high volume at loud parts of video but that can be corrected by plugging in mini-speakers are lowering the sound a bit. The fact that it's refurbished is not a problem with me. I have bought several refurbished items from Overstock without any problems.
I bought this refurbished DVD player to take on a trip. It arrived at 7:15 p.m. I plugged it in to charge the battery. At about 11 a.m. the next day the battery had received no charge. The only way the unit would work was by keeping it plugged into the wall. It was loosely packed in a large box. I had purchased an extended warranty with it, but the learned that the warranty was not refundable. I sent the unit back that afternoon. Now I can only hope to find a NEW unit that works in time for my overseas flight.

The picture quality was great. The sound was fabulous. Sadly, the unit kept freezing up on me after about 20 minutes. Had to return. If I could get this brand new, I'd buy it for sure.
