It does what it's supposed to do. No problems at all. As always, fast delivery. I think received it the day after we ordered it!

Simple, easy to install, works well. I'm cheating and using it for a 42" LCD, which works great though I wouldn't recommend doing as I did since it's outside of the manufacturer's spec. And it's a bit scary for a TV that big to be on an arm of this size.
