Like others, I was a bit leery of a refurbished product. I'm so happy with this cordless phone set that I'm glad I didn't look further. Having 5 handsets gives me lots of options and convenience. Getting used to a new phone takes a bit of time, but this one is easy and well worth the little time it took. I highly recommend this product!

As others, I was a little hesitant buying a refurbished product, but after receiving it and using it for a few weeks, I am sold! I needed to replace my phones that had a lower GHz because it was interfering with my wireless router. The phone works perfectly! I am amazed at all the options available on the answering machine portion. Also, you do not need to have a phone jack in the location that you are putting the extra phones! As long as the main unit is plugged into your phone jack, you are good to go! I definitely recommend this phone system!

Many people like me still prefer the convenience of a land line. This product provides a sophisticated base unit complete with handset, answering machine and speaker phone. The 3 additional handsets are cradled in stands that double as charging devices. This makes it nearly impossible to have an extension that is not fully charged. The charges last a long time and the handsets also include speaker phone capability. The phone store up to 50 numbers, and the menus are very easy to follow. I was able to input my friends' phone numbers into the 1st handset, then send all the numbers remotely, quickly and easily to the other handsets. I do have a cell phone, but I prefer having a phone extension in several rooms. This product allows me to have easy access to the phone in my home office, living room, kitchen and bedroom. I highly recommend this product.

No problems phones work perfectly really like the way you can transfer phone book numbers to the other phones in differnt locations.

I received this phone yesterday as described. Very good price for a Quality refurbished phone that was in excellent condition. Very easy set up and I was surprised that there were so many ring tones to choose from.. my old phone only had one..I also only had 3 handsets.. having a total of 4 is going to be great. ..many features on this phone.. I recommend highly. I have been an Overstock customer for years and have never been disappointed

I was somewhat concerned about buying refurbished, but I couldn't tell if it was or not after I got it. The setup was very simple and everything works as addvertised.

I ws looking to replace my old cordless phone and was originally looking at V Tech's. After reading several reviews, I decided to go with Panasonic as they were highly rated. The phones are great! They are definitely user friendly and each phone has speaker phone capabilities. I would highly recommend them. Also, Overstock had the best price!

These cordless phones are very good. The range is excellent and the clarity on both sides of the conversation are excellent. They are simple to use and offer some very nice features. I highly recommend these Panasonic cordless phones over any other brand. I have had or have family and friends who have had or have other brands of cordless phones and they all pale in comparison.

We have these phones and although we can hear everyone fine, NOBODY can hear us. We are getting ready to replace these with Uniden phones. Cheaper and better quality.

These phones have excellent sound and great features. The only complaint I have is that the base unit's connection is tricky. It took me a little time to realize it was not connecting properly to charge it. After that, I have had no problems.

Although pictured in silver, these phones are black. They function well, offering remote message access, caller ID ring tones, and speaker phone capacity. The one disadvantage is that the dial buttons are not illluminated at night and it's hard to see them in the dark.
