I was leary about purchasing a refurb... but it works wonderfully. I also bought the 2 year protection plan which helped ease my concerns. The product did come without the original box, but all parts were like new and worked perfectly. Sound quality on this unit is great. We have it sitting next to the microwave with zero interference. Buttons are big. I like the caller ID display on all units. Only thing I don't like is that it doesn't beep when there is a message (at least I didn't see a feature that makes that possible). So we have to remember to check the unit to see. We've missed returning calls for a day because we didn't notice. Otherwise, we really like it!

This phone has made our life easier, we have three extentions in our two story home which in turns saves time and distance answering the phone from either bedroom living room and den. The sound quality is very good and the life of the battries is very good also. the actual operation of the phone is very simple to operateincluding menu,answer recall, message service and all the little things that make a very good phone a great phone. I would deftinately buy this product again.

These phones are nice and clear, very easy to use.

I had this for couple of years now and I haven't change the batteries except for one phone. Very clear reception and static free. I would recommend this.

I knew this is a refurbished product when I bought it, but I thought what I received will at least work. After I received the phones and set them up, one of the handset isn't working. After spending an hour trying different things, taking out battery, swapping charging station etc, I realized the handset itself is not recognizing charge. I ended up having to spend another hour on the phone trying to get it replaced, and the postage to send it to Panasonic. All the while down 1 handset. Also, the only way you can tell that you missed a call is by looking at the screen on the handset, which isn't that obvious.

I bought these phones for my daughter and she just loves them.

Received item in a timely fashion. Some cosmetic damage but otherwise satisfactory. Good range and clarity when charged. Highly Recommended.

Panasonic is a name we know we can trust and the quality of this particular phone system is one that we would recommend to anyone. One issue that our old phone left us with was poor voice clarity. We also had serious problems with losing reception when the handset was taken too far from the receiver. With our new Panasonic, neither of these issues are problems for us any longer. We are very happy. You CANNOT beat Overstock's customer service or shipping/handling charges. I have bought several refurbished items from Overstock.com and each of them have been in perfect working order; just like new.

Best phone for the money! Got it, programed it and use it, that's all there is to it. I use it with the service from my cable / internet provider and it is terriffic. Fast shipping and excellant condition. You won't be sorry. The three phones come in handy.

These Phones are really great......they are easy to use.....have an above sound and functions are plan and great to figure out. Numbers are arge enough for all to see and the Screen is clear. Sounds when using them is very clear and the digital reading is clear. they sure have made life at home pleasant, and a Joy to use. Have had a few Freinds ask where we bought them. Keep up the good work on the Technoledge...

This is much better than our last phones, easier to use and much better sound

I love this phone!! I have ordered phones through the local phone companies and paid much more but not received the level of quality that the DECT 6.0 provides.

The phone was easy to set up and to set basic features. The clarity is great. All components (including batteries) and an easy to use instruction book were included.

Great reception and love having an extra (third) handset that can be moved to/from where it's needed most. Read-out is clear and enjoy the "phone book" option. Wish the "talk" button was a little bigger, and have gotten used to the "nightlight" effect of the charging light...it can light up a room!. Like the big numbers for easy dialing--a bit hit with the older friends and family. Overall, great purchase. Was especially glad b/c I had looked in several stores and on-line and only found Uniden phones, which I've never bought and was hesitant to try. Overstock had a great selection of several brands, so I really felt like I had a choice. BTW, it's refurbished, which I was again hesitant about, but have been very happy--looks and works like new!

I was a little sceptical about purchasing this product because it is not new. I bought it and must say I am very well pleased. It was very easy to set up, and it is great to have the three handsets so I don't have to get up from my computer to run for the phone or leave my kitchen when cooking to run for the phone. I also like the choice of ring tones for each handset. And if I answer the phone in one room and it's for my husband in another room I can just call him, he picks up his handset and we can both listen and talk at the same time. I bought this phone to replace several aging cordless phones in my home. I was specifically looking for the DECT phone so it would not interfer with wireless. Speakerphone works well, which I use a lot. And it has a jack for a headset which I use a lot too (my headset from my cell fits). Alarm on the phone is a nice feature. Different ring tones are nice, some of the sounds could be better and more, but really how many do I need. Number buttons are nice and big and easy to press. The only thing I sometimes wish for is for the buttons to be backlit, but I knew that they did not have them based on other reviews, and it was not a deal breaker for me. I would buy this phone again, and from Overstock. I have already recommended this phone to my parents and a friend.

the speaker fone part isnt that good its all static people cant hear me that good on speaker fone but everything else is great

i have only had this for approx 3 weeks but i really like it and it is probably the most friendly user thing i have bought in years...i dont even have to refer to the book [unlike my cell phone and dig camera]/ i highly recommend this product and it fit my need perfectly.
