Customer Reviews
This phone is very helpful for me and my growing business. Connection is so clear. My employees love this phone. The keys are also easy to press no matter what size your fingers are. I encourage everyone to buy this phone for your businesses.
After 20 years my tape based answering machine is failing so I decided to get this phone and I'm sorry I did. The first thing you notice with this phone is a huge delay when pressing numbers as you dial. It's close to a second delay making this a VERY slow dial phone and very anoying. Second the answering function seems buggered. On my first test it did not record my message. Now when there are blank messages I'm not sure if the caller simply hung up or the phone decided not to record. The headset jack works but I can't get a reasonable volume and customer complain that they can not hear me. Admittedly this might be partly due to the headset but it is from a reputable manufacturer. FInally the audio quality is poor. Maybe this is a function of the phone being digital vs. analog. This is the second time I tried a Panasonic phone with digital ansering. The previous try, about 5 years ago, was a failure because the recorded messages were so poor quality I missed several important business messages. Fortunately I did not toss the old tape-based machine, which happens to be a Panasonic as well. I will miss the multi-line capabilities but I am tossing this new phone and going back to old reliable.
