This multi-line phone has been great for my home office needs. I only needed 2 line capability, so the 4 is a little overkill but I picked this phone due to some of the other features. The caller ID being one of them and the number of preset speed dial buttons. The ability to mute, hold, DND and conference were all postives. The price was reasonable and the I have no complaints on the sound quality. My only complaint is that the caller ID will not display if you are talking on Line 2 and a call comes in on Line 1. You hear the beep in your ear and the flashing of the Line 1 button but there is no caller ID readout on the display. Other than that one issue, this is a great phone!
