Having owned a set with 3 handsets, we had wanted an additional handset. We inquired to the manufacturer to find that a compatible one was no longer available through them, an internet search of the model number found that Overstock.com carried them. As we were not in a hurry we had no problem placing an order to wait and purchase one when available. The unit works fine, we were able to match the frequency in a matter of seconds. The item is refurbished but we can't tell the difference between a new one. We are very satisfied with the product and service of Overstock.com.

The experience with overstock.com was a very good one. The refurbished phones I received were of very good quality. Although it took a bit longer than I anticipated in receiving them, once I did get them it was good. Thank you and I will be sure to use your company again as the needs and wants arise.

This phone was exactly what I expected. Excellent quality. However, it would have been nice to have instructions included. I couldn't find my original booklet. I had to search Panasonic website to find out how to add this one on to my system.
