I returned the product because it is not a stand alone phone and can only work if you have the compatable base unit. The product description on your website was misleading.

This is not a complete phone!
This is only a handset that you need the rest of the Panasonic set for it to work- IT IS NOT A WORKING PHONE IN AND OF ITSELF! Mine came opened and retaped I think many people mistake this for a working phone you can just plug in- and at $$$ why not? I wish it was more clear that this is only part of a set and will not work unless you have a set. I am in the process of trying to return this item but am not having good luck yet as the site isn't working well for returns on my computer.
