exactly what I wanted
Had the base already and 2 phones. Moved into a larger house and needed to expand. Was so pleasantly surprised to find them on overstock! They are refurbished and work perfectly.

Phones
Everything on these phones work great. The only reason for 4 stars is the phones had stickers on them and it was very hard to remove. Shipping and delivery, to include packing was excellent. I would have the stickers placed some place else in the future.

Great Addition!
We needed to add two more handsets to our existing system. While the set-up was a little sketchy in the provided installation info, assistance from a Panasonic rep on the phone made the completion of the installation successful. We are very pleased with these products and the price was quite good.

Lose the stickers!
The phones work like new, and are good value for the price. But each phone had a BIG sticker on it indicating that it passed testing after refurbishing - and the stickers wouldn't come off! I ultimately had to use a solvent to remove them, and this marred the finish on one of the phones. I appreciate Panasonic's quality control on refurb'd items, but PLEASE lose the stickers, or at least use stickers with peelable glue.

Love these phones!
I bought a pair of these phones to replace one which had been damaged in an accident and to add to the system I currently owned. The handsets were easy to connect to my current system and worked perfectly. The boxes were well packed and the delivery was quick. I could not be more pleased with the entire process.
