Had the base already and 2 phones. Moved into a larger house and needed to expand. Was so pleasantly surprised to find them on overstock! They are refurbished and work perfectly.

Everything on these phones work great. The only reason for 4 stars is the phones had stickers on them and it was very hard to remove. Shipping and delivery, to include packing was excellent. I would have the stickers placed some place else in the future.

We needed to add two more handsets to our existing system. While the set-up was a little sketchy in the provided installation info, assistance from a Panasonic rep on the phone made the completion of the installation successful. We are very pleased with these products and the price was quite good.

The phones work like new, and are good value for the price. But each phone had a BIG sticker on it indicating that it passed testing after refurbishing - and the stickers wouldn't come off! I ultimately had to use a solvent to remove them, and this marred the finish on one of the phones. I appreciate Panasonic's quality control on refurb'd items, but PLEASE lose the stickers, or at least use stickers with peelable glue.

I bought a pair of these phones to replace one which had been damaged in an accident and to add to the system I currently owned. The handsets were easy to connect to my current system and worked perfectly. The boxes were well packed and the delivery was quick. I could not be more pleased with the entire process.

I ordered two refurbished handsets for my panasonic KX-TG5672. They function as expected.. like brand new phones! I couldn't be happier... well maybe Id be happier if the giant white sticker was not on the phone. I cannot peel it off without leaving behind a sticky residue right where you hold the phone. I dont have time to sit there and scrub the gum off. Hey guys... no stickers on the phone!

I never thought I would need more than one phone in my house. I thought I would just carry it around the house. Since I got these I never misplace my phone. I keep one in the workshop, one in the office and one in the garage and never miss a call...

The product was excellent, however, the instructions on how to sync the new phones up to the old base did not include the necessary information. If you did not save your old base user manual you will have to go to the Panasonic web site and figure it out.

Purchased set of 2 refurbished handsets so we knew exactly what we wanted and what we expected. Much cheaper than new replacement handsets, would never know the difference. Saved a couple hundred bucks and am a happy camper.

These work great with the base unit I bought separately a year ago. I now wish I had bought a base unit capable of more extensions.
