Great easy to use phone
I ordered these phones to put throughout our three level home. And to our/my surprise they exceed in performance and learning the phones features were a great plus. I can't say enough about them. I was a bit skeptical when the phones were refurbished and arrived in a brown box that had pieces stuffed in the box, it felt somewhat like a jigsaw puzzle trying to put all the scrambled parts together. But with a little patience and learning how to program two of the phones with the base,,, they have been working flawlessly now for a month. Instruction manual is easy to read and understand. I am ever so glad we chose them.

Good phones
These phones are fine for the price. The only thing I have found I'm not crazy about is the on/off buttons, they are small and do not light up like the other buttons do. I also don't like the caller id buttons since it is marked on the screen and an arrow points to the button. Otherwise they seem to work fine and it's great having a lot of phones and not always looking for one when it is ringing. I would recommend these for the price if you need a lot of phones with only one phone jack having to be plugged in.

Love it!
One of the outstanding features on this phone is the stored phone book is accessible from any of the headsets. You can page each headset, and you can also conference. Even though it said that it was a refurbished unit which always makes me hesitate.... Everything works great and looked new as I unpacked it. Yep! Love it! Great buy!

Super phone!
Recently bought these phones so I can migrate to VOIP from a standard (expensive) land line. The features are awesome and I can place them anywhere I want with no clarity problems. The features I like best are the voice caller id and the centralized calling directory. Overall high quality and affordable as well.
