great phone system
this phone system is very nice. Range is awsome. Functions are accurately advertised.

Freedom
I purchased these phones for my parents that are having mobility problems. Now my mom doesn't miss calls because she can not get to the phone quickly enough to answer it. Also I feel much more at peace knowing she can slip the phone into her pocket for easy access all day. It was easy for them to assemble. The voice clarity is crystal clear, the range of the phone is perfect for them and they are thrilled.

Shorted product
This was a birthday gift to our daughter. She only received two phones but did get three bases. I have ordered stuff before with no problems, but this one you all goofed.

Great phone
I compared this model with several different retailers and this price was by far the best. The fact that it was listed as refurbished scared me a little but the phone looks and works like new. It has all the features I was looking for (lighted key pad, intercom, universal address book) and more. I previously owned a Panasonic cordless phone and have never had any technical or quality problems. This is a great phone at a great value.
