Product not as Represented in Product Description Product description specifically said "headset jack" which was not included on the phone. I bought the product specifically to use with a headset which wasn't possible without the headset jack. I called to return the phone and they tried to charge me for shipping the product back. They finally gave in and did not charge me for shipping only after I said I would refuse to pay anything for the phones. Not a good experience.
