I would not refer this telephone to my friends. It wasn't clear in tone and other people told me I would fade in and out. The telephones were nice to look at but that about all I liked.

the phone system was a beautiful burgundy color, exactly what i expected from the picture. the sound quality is excellent, crystal clear. the second phone works wonderfully in our upstairs bedroom , and without the hassle of installing another phone jack. couldn't be happier with this product!
