Did not keep, returned item....
I returned this product. It was just thrown in the cardboard shipping box and the handsets and bases looked very scuffed and used. I didn't even take it out of the box and connect it to see if it worked, the looks of the product was not worth the refurbished price savings. It was not up to my expectations of refurbished quality that I have purchased and received in the past. Overstock took the item back with a return charge. Even with this, I like Overstock and will be a return customer.

Great Value/Great Features
I needed a new phone because our cable guy said our old one ran on a frequency which interferred with our wireless router. Very happy with the phone set. One feature I like is that you can pick up answering system messages from any handset, not just the home base one. Also, the intercom feature is handy to talk from room to room.

Great Phone
I purchased this phone system as a gift for a friend. She had gone through 2 different brands and was frustrated with the quality. I have a much earlier version of Panasonic cordless phones with expandable handsets. I have had them for almost 10 years now and swear by them. When my friend was complaining again about the cordless phone she had purchased, I immediately decided I was going to buy her this one. She has had it about a month now and LOVES it!! The sound quality is great and her favorite feature is the talking caller ID. She also LOVES the fact that she doesn't have to buy special "cordless phone batteries". This purchase was a homerun!! I would highly recommend this as well as any other Panasonic phone.
