Nice Product
Product works well. It is a "cheaper" set than it looked like on the website, but OK for the price.

One of the units fades out and I can't be heard
I am pretty happy with the system, just have this one problem, I have placed each unit on the home base more than once to see if that will eliminate the problem of not being able to hear , still checking. All other features seem to work just fine.
- How did the image on site compare with the actual product? very well
- Was the product free of any manufacturer defects? Possibly having trouble with one of the units, sometimes I answer and there is dead silence or when I am talking on it the person on the other end cannot hear me but I can hear them.
- Please tell us about the quality of the product. I like what it said it would do as announce who is calling.
