THIS IS MY THIRD GENERATION OF PANASONIC PHONES OVER THE PAST 15 YEARS. THEY MAKE AN EXCELLENT PHONE. I UPGRADED TO THIS PHONE TO AVOID INTERFERENCE WITH MY WIRELESS INTERNET. THIS PHONE WORKS AS EXPECTED, HAS GREAT RANGE EXCELLENT CLARITY AND I COUILD NOT TELL THAT IT WAS A REFURB. I ALSO LIKE THE LARGER LCD SCREEN, MAKES IT MUCH EASIER TO SEE THE INFO. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS PHONE TO ANYONE THAT WANTS A RELIABLE PHONE SYSTEM FOR THEIR HOME OR OFFICE.

Got plugged it in worked great. Love the intercom feature. I dont have to yell through the house any more. The screen is nice easy to read. I can access the messages from any of 5 handsets. If I make changes on 1 handset it effects them all. The ring tones could be better.

Perfect for a multilevel home
These phones are wonderful and offer a LOT of flexibilty in placement. Most of my phone jacks aren't near a table so requiring just an outlet for the remotes gives you some great options on where your phone actually sites. If your house has a weird layout like mine, this is a great choice.

Had to get new phones for the house as the old set was broken. After lots of research these phones looked like a good deal. I love the features they have. Especially the vocal color ID. Saves us from having to get up and get the phone to see who it is. The only downside is that the voice doesn't sound like a computer or anything but has more of a British tone to it, but that is ok.

Excellent phone for price
I prefer to use a land line and our old phone system had gone kaput. This phone set has been an excellent replacement. It is easy to use and it is quite nice that there are 5 phones but only one phone jack is needed. It was a refurbished set but I found no trace of use or defects. It was a good value (many nice phones for the price). I would recommend this product to others looking for a nice set of phones.

many talking phones
this is a lot of phones for the buck! too many directions to learn the features though and the speaking voice announcing the caller w the computerized voice is annoying...but easy to plug in..comes w batteries and set up...

Great -- especially for the price!
Love the versatility of the phones, the ability to transfer calls and the overall quality of the phone. They can be used outdoors for approx. 300 feet from the house, which is good when doing outdoor activities. However, my husband cannot use one in his shop when he is working. (The phone rings, but he can't answer it unless he takes it outside.) Other than that, I think the phones are terrific! I can have a phone in various locations and it's much handier. ALSO -- the call block feature is TERRIFIC!!!

Great Choice
I was skeptical with purchasing a "refurbished" item, but what a great decision. The items were packaged well, looked like they had never been used, and have worked wonderfully! Entering the address on one phone transfers that data to all, which is great! I also love the idea of setting a different ring for people in the address book. Phones are clear, and there are no problems having them next to computers, routers, tv's etc...

Great item!
This portable phone system was simple to set up, and works great. I replaced an older system, and after charging the handsets, we had it up and running in just a few minutes. Most importantly, the phones sound great!
