Love this phone. What a deal!
I love that there is no base unit and each handset is capable of performing all setup tasks needed for the phone system (Voicemail, address book etc.). The older panasonic units required new numbers to be saved on each handset separately which always caused a discrepancy between the base and handsets. This phone is easy to use. I love it. I have enough units to ensure all the busy areas of my house is accessible to a phone.

The product is all it said it would be. The feature my wife loves best is the voice announcement of caller ID. It tells you who the caller is without having to read the small screen. Very easy to set up and operate.

Working fine now.
I ordered this set in late August of this year. I followed the instrucions with the set. One phone refused to work at all and overheated. I called Panasonic about this and had a lengthy discussion. I continued to set up the remaining phones without the defective one. I could not get two more sets to work with the server set. I called Overstock. They quickly sent me another set and it is working fine now. This set is great for the price. It has many featues and plays the Paganini 24th Caprice as a ring tone.

Great phones
These reconditioned phones worked great. They do warn you that you may need to link some of the handsets to the base and this was needed with one of the handsets we received. The procedure only takes a couple of minute. We really like the convenience of having 6 handsets.

Potential problem BUT customer services fixed it
This was a refurbished product so it did not come in the original manufacturer's box. The 6th handset was from a different set of phones and didn't work at all. A call to customer service set the "parts" department searching for the matching 6ht handset which I received a week later and now all are working

easy to order, arrived quickly, and use all over the house. one of the phones will not charge, even with new battery; but i did not return because i really did not need it.
