Good Phone, Good Price
Buying a refurbished product can be a dicey proposition, but this phone has delivered. I have used it for three months with no issues whatsoever. I am pleased with it as a product as well. The ring tone is audible but unobtrusive, and the menu system is easy to navigate.

Not quite refurbished
Poor quality control on the part of either Panasonic and/or O resulted in my receiving a handset with several large scratches. I sent it back for a refund. O was good about the transaction but I should never have received a defective unit in the first place.
- How did the image on site compare with the actual product? The image on the site had a clean screen; the one I received had several large scratches.

- Please tell us about the quality of the product. Terrible quality control. How could someone call this refurbished with major scratches on the screen?

No Instruction Book
I can't review the item because I never got an instruction book to use the product. Please mail me an instruction book so I can start using the phone or I will have to return it. Thank you.

I was replacing aged Panasonic cordless phones which served many years, these I am sure will serve for many years, I do like the upgrades made by Panasonic, these phones hundred feet or more and the voice that tells who is calling is really cool, I am satisfied the price was very good, we save lots.
