AM VERY IMPRESSED WITH THIS PHONE. IT IS EASY TO OPERATE AND TO SET UP. I was a little uneasy about purchasing a refurbished item, but it is working very well.

I had panasonic phone before/ long lasting batteries/ you can talk with it for atleast 2 hours/ purchased another brand and found out the HUGE difference/ after 15-20 minutes talk the phone was dead and have to replace it back on the charger. so I purchased this panasonic phone again. THIS is GREAT. I am sure after using this phone you will never buy any other phone.

i had a Panasonic for the last 7 years. After it recently broke(due to my own fault) I wanted another one just like it. Unfortunately the model was obselete, looked everywhere for one similarthat was simple to use with not alot of extra handsets. I found it here at Overstock not exactly what I had just BETTER!

Having an extra handset is very helpful. The verbal caller I.D. enhances the usefulness. Everything came together in the box as promised, ready to use. This was a refurbished merchandise purchase from Overstock.com. with which I was happy.

Acting on the suggestion of my son, I bought the Panasonic KX-TG6052B 5.8GHz Cordless Phone base and one additional handset refurbished. This was a great suggestion as I now have a name-brand product, completely rebuilt to eliminate problems--sort of like buying something that was fixed before it was broken. I think it's a much better idea than buying scratch-and-dent or returned items with who-knows-what problems. We're very happy with the quality and ease of use and would recommend refurbished Panasonic products to anyone.

This phone arrived in excellent shape and in a "like new" condition and it installed and has operated flawlessly. The only drawback, which I assume is a characteristic of most if not all, cordless phones is that the phones do not work during a power outage. During an extended power outage after a severe storm, the phones were inoperable with out the necessary power to the base station. Fortunately, our cell phone worked fine.

When I received the phones there was only one base for the two handsets. I called and they eventually shipped it. When I received the base it was the wrong one. Only one of my phones worked. The second handset always said that I was too far from the base even if I was next to it. I would not recommend this phone to anyone.

I was very pleased with my purchase. The phones are great and I love the audio feature for "Caller ID". It was easy to learn its operation and the installation. The help I got from "instant message" with Overstock was very helpful in choosing the right type of phone for us.

This product has good reception..Voice recognition does not sound clear..Sometimes you can't even understand what it's saying. The phone does not display the current time.. A feature I liked with my old phone..However, I'm pleased with reception and overall product..

Great looking phone that works great. Good range and sound's good. You will be happy, i was with this phone.

My daughter bought a phone from Overstock that had talking caller ID and I've wanted one ever since. This was certainly no disappointment! It has just about everything that anyone would need in a phone. Easy to set up and the instructions are easy to follow. The only way I could tell it was refurbished was by some tiny dots I assume the inspector made. You won't regret buying this set!
