I purchased this phone because I like Panasonic phones, the price was right, and I assumed it had regular features like a blinking light to tell you you have a message waiting. The only way to know if you have a message is to look at the face and then it only tells you that you have missed calls. You can not buy extra phones that can work off this one as it is not expandable (This I knew before I bought it) It does not automatically go on if it is in the cradle when a call comes in and you pick it up. In general, it has good sound quality and holds a charge for days....the only things I need in a phone.

Got it very fast. Love the phone. Find out new features everytime I use it. Like the range and speaker phone. Stays charged for a long time.

I purchased this phone as a gift for my mother and she has been raving about it ever since. The large screen is very easy to read and the audio is quite good -- important as she is hearing impaired. The directions for special features are a bit difficult to understand but overall this phone was an excellent value. I'll be keeping an eye out for extension units.
