Purchased this phone to replace an older version. It was easy to set up and use. Very functional features and the duel handsets are good.

I have this phone system for the last few years and very happy.

Finally I can speak with my mother and father at the same time. They are quite elderly and cannot race for the telephone. This way my father who will soon be 90 and who has Parkinson's can reach for the phone by his chair, hit speaker and I can have a lovely chat with them. This works great for them and the message machine is very easy to program. I live 1,000 miles away so had it drop shipped. It took practically no time and was the perfect Father's Day gift.

This phone is exactly what I was looking for! I work from home and spend a lot of time on conference calls. This phone has a great speaker phone on both the handset and base unit. The features are all easy to use. It is very intuitive to add numbers to the phone book, change ring tones, change date/time, etc. The answering machine is great too and easy to set up. I highly recommend this phone!

I am very satisfied with this purchase. The convenience of the handset speaker phone and ease of use is great. The only down side is the limited amount of ring tones.

My wife and I have gone through five cordless phones before settling on this one. The sound is very clear and all options work well. Interesting that this remanufactured phone worked better than any of the brand new phones we purchased and returned. Panasonic continues to be the only cordless phone that works for us.

I purchased this phone for the Panasonic name and the digital 5.8GHZ security. It has a ton of features as long as you are willing to take the time to read the manual. I researched quite a few phones prior to buying this one and I very pleased with my purchase. It is very easy to plug in and use, if you don't want all the extras. The answering machine portion has a lot more memory than others in the price range. I feel that it was a great buy for the price.

If you need three total handsets, buy the product that comes configured like that; I added a handset which was more expensive to do. This unit has the best keypad and easiest setup. But it has numerous, extra programmable features and a message center that I don't need and didn't want. The speaker/mic sound quality is above average but not exceptional. It doesn't come with a belt clip, which I found disappointing. I've owned many Panasonic phones and keep buying them.

The phone set was good while it worked, but that was only for about two weeks, then everything went wrong. I have to return the unit to the manufacturer as it was a reconditioned unit.
