The phone was just as it was advertised, and it looked and felt like a brand new phone, not a refurbished model (which it was). As soon as I hooked it up it functioned perfectly, and the quality of the voice message recorder is leaps and bounds above my old Motorola phone which I purchased 3 years ago. The speakerphone and volume control allow for plenty of increase in volume to hear all your messages clearly, even with a lot of background noise. For the price it is impossible to beat the quality of this phone, and it does not feel or perform like a lower priced model, because it isn't a lower priced model! Highly recommended!

I'm not losing my hearing, but I was beginning to think so. We've tried several phones that would start the conversations clearly, but would die off. This Panasonic unit has delivered on performance and and style and we are very satisfied. I would recommend this unit to my friends and anyone who is tired of returning or throwing out substandard phones.

The phone is very easy to set up and the features are very easy to figure out. The phone looks good and was easy to install on the wall. The two problems that I have found are that the phone locator does not work and the phone tends to crackle at times.

This phone is definitely one I've been looking for. I love how I can store phone numbers and not have to look in my phone book. The clarity is great. I bought two and I'll give the other to my Mom for Christmas. I also love how fast Overstock.com sends the products you order. The prices are fantastic.

This phone was a gift. I think it's a great value for the money. The recipient thought the handset was a bit small and uncomfortable, but all else is great. New this phone w/included features would be much more money.This is refurbished and works great. P.S. I think the headset is light and just fine! The speakerphone is a little awkward though.

It took me sometime to figure out why the answering machine wasn't working. It doesn't record anything unless you have the time and date set on the machine.
The speaker phone feature is my favorite. I can hear very clearly. I even attended a phone seminar using the speaker phone and heard clearly.

I SENT THIS TELEPHONE SYSTEM TO MY SISTER WHO NEEDED A CORDLESS SYSTEM THAT HAD ALL THE FEATURES LIKE CALLER ID AND CALL WAITING CALLER ID PLUS IT LOOKS GREAT AND SHE LOVES IT SO I AM HAPPY ESPECIALLY WITH THE FACT THAT IT WAS DELIVERED RIGHT TO HER DOOR AND THE FACT THAT IT WAS REFURBISHED AND THE PRICE MARKED DOWN CONSIDERABLY WAS ALSO A GOOD SALES POINT. I WAS SKEPTICAL AT FIRST BUT LATER SHE TOLD ME IT WORKS AND LOOKS LIKE A NEW ONE SO I WAS CONVINCED THAT IT HAD TO BE THAT I HAD FOUND A GOOD DEAL FINALLY. HEY SOMETIMES IT HAPPENS!!!!!!

We have had several different answering machine phones in the last few years, due to the fact that most just stopped working. This seems to be the best one so far, and i ahve only heard good things about panasonic phones, so i am interested to see how this one lasts. The setup was extremely easy and I like the choice of colors for certain callers, nic efeature.

This refurbished phone works like new. I haven't had a problem with it yet and it works quite well. The only problem is that it's not easy to hold because it's smaller so I can't do that "hold the phone by the shoulder to the ear" thing.
It's a great value for its price. I really like it!!

The phone works well. Quite a change from what I had before. The first shipment had the correct model of phone written on the box, but the wrong phone inside the box. I called and easily received a return shipping label and had another phone shipped to me. Return of incorrect phone was easy and the correct phone arrived. After a month everything works the way it should. Happy with the results
