this product is easy to use, also i would tell all my friends to also use it. try it you will be glad you did.

I iive in a large apartment where every phone jack was placed in the worst place. In fact there isn't even a jack in the kitchen. So this expandable phone system is ideal for me. Now I have a phone wherever I need one. The TALKING Caller ID feature is a little weird at first, but now I love it. The audio quality is good, but not outstanding. It will talke a while to benefit from all of the features. However, down the road, I feel that I am really going to enjoy this phone.

I tried this phone out for three weeks and the LED light went out on the handset. I called Panasonic and they said to take the battery out for one minute and that did fix the problem.....for one minute! I had hung up by that time. I called again and there were no other options but to return it to Panasonic because by the time I had tried it for a bit longer, the Overstock return time had expired. Okay, so I sent it back and they told me on the phone that I would receive an identical replacement. I received a very different model. I would have liked to have been told this before I spent the $10 postage to return. I don't care much for the new model (KX-TG5671) because the handset is very small and light and hard to hear. I picked the other one for the substantial headset. Overall, I'm not pleased, mostly because they didn't tell me I may not receive the same phone.

Best expandable phone (up to 4) that Panasonic ever made. Full of many excellent features! You won't regret this purchase, especially w/the $9.99 extended warranty!

I bought this telephone to go with my much older Panasonic KX-TGA523M phones and I was afraid it wouldn't be compatible but it works just fine and I couldn't be more pleased with my purchase. The set is small and unobtrusive but yet it's large enough to be easy to use and programming it is a breese. I'm 62 years old so a lot of these new-fangled gadgets are too complicated but this phone is quite easy and comes with decent instructions for programming it if you want to. The beauty is you can use it without any programming and you don't have to use the answering feature that it comes with. You can turn the answer feature off or on. It's a great phone.

I have ordered many things from overstock and have always loved my purchases until now. This is my second phone I have purchased from them and the first phone is over 2 yrs old and still going but wasn't as lucky this time. I had this phone two weeks and i started getting the message on the screen saying no link to base. I done as the trouble guide said with no success. So I emailed Panasonic and got a reply within 24 hours. Tried what they suggested and it still would not connect. I mailed the phone back to Panasonic almost two weeks ago and hopefully will hear or receive something soon. I did not contact overstock after reading other complaints in the past.

The phone is very nice, easy to use and program, but the tone quality leaves much to be desired. The outgoing message on the answering machine sounds very tinny.. That being said, the speaker phone is wonderful and the volume is great. Id definitely buy it again if a need arose.

I bought this phone for my parents and they are very happy with it. I didn't like the idea that it was refurbished but there hasn't been any problems with it. Pros - it has a lot of "bells and whistles" ...from having three mailboxes to announcing the caller id. You don't even have to look and see who is calling...you can just listen for the name. The instructions with the phone are very easy to follow....very user friendly. You don't need a Master's degree to set it up! Cons - The LCD is a little hard to read - the contrast function didn't help much but regardless. Bottom line - this is great buy - lots of features for the money.

It does just about anything you could want a phone to do. It even announces calls if you have caller ID. Easy to set up. Attractive.

Waste of money. This headset does not work for my Verizon cell phone. Very dissappointed!
