Pros: Excelent audio, good range, lighted keypad & display. Audio has both volume control and "tone control", to help clarify audio for folks with minor hearing loss Works well with callerID: Spoken caller ID is fairly understandable. Name of caller displayed (I purchased that option from my landline provider), Lots of slots available to save IDs / phone numbers, for later quick dial or to block certain numbers from calling in (blocked callers receive busy signal ... good workaround for the cost-plus "block callers" option from landline provider). Stored Caller ID data can be edited, to make more recognizable. Clock updates from landline Caller ID provider, so reset is not necessary after power outage. Many "global" options can be changed from any remote handset, causing those options to affect all handsets. Cons: No belt hook. "Anti slip pad" for sholder use is novel, but phone still slips when placed on shoulder.
