The price was very competitive. Selection of comparative models was excellent. Delivery was very quick and we live in the middle of nowhere. The phones were a breeze to set up, meaning the registration we had to do on two units (of the five we purchased) was a no-brainer. The clarity of the units is superb, even my wife can here the kids when they call! (Just kiddin' honey!). Seriously though, the range is great, backyard, garage, woodshed, the phones don't sound any different no matter where we are on the property. They're almost cell phones. AND, NO interference with any of my other wireless products! I am very happy with this purchase. Panasonic isn't perfect, just the best phones I ever used. And thank you to Overstock for price, service, and selection.

Our old cordless phones were lost, stolen or eaten by dogs....not sure. Anyways, these are a fantastic replacement. Great sound. Easy to set up additional phones. Can finally walk around outside and still hear well.

2 of the phones wouldn't sync up with the main phone. Took a lot of trial and error to get it fixed. The batteries were no good in the phones lasted about 2 months. Really disappointed if I could afford it I would junk these.

I was sent one phone of a different model, and it cannot link to the base, so it is useless. Unfortunately the shipping materials were destroyed by mistake or I would have returned them.

I was initially disappointed by the packaging: not the original box (first time I bought refurbished), but the product is excellent and has far exceeded all my expectations. Very clear reception, lots of features, easy to program, and they look good. I particularly like the fact they use standard AAA rechargeable batteries (easy to replace).

I am disabled and get around via a power wheelchair. Prior to investing in the Panasonic Expandable Cordless Phone System, I missed 98% of my in-coming calls, because I only had 2 phones that were not conveniently positioned, and dependent upon phone jacks for their placement. Now, with this wonderful system that requires only (regular) power outlets, I have 5 addition handsets that are always a reach away. I now am able to answer 100% of in-coming calls, and the reception is crystal clear. Am I satisfied with this system? COMPLETELY!

We've had this phone for 2 weeks now and could not be more pleased with the quality! Researched for the best deal and this one was it. Love the caller ID and on the spot message playback. Very lightweight phones, love that they're cordless and the range works all over the house. Have had no problems at all. The only thing I didn't like was the ringtones, kind of limited, but not at all a big deal for me.

The phones are good but not if you use a head set..........which I didn't check into because my old panasonic phones had a place to plug a head set so these must really be an old model, I assumed they would be equiped with it because they where suppose to be newer and better..........not.........I have bought refurbished before. Just be aware if you want to use a head set because these don't have it.

These phones work well and have a lot of nice features. The wireless connection with the base is excellent. I have one in my garage an it works as well as the others. Your choice of ring tones is a nice feature. The blue tooth feature is also nice so you can connect with your cell phone. These phones look and work as if they were new. Refurbished is as good as new .

I was hesitant to buy a refurbished item but at the price they were listed, I had to take a chance. I am so glad that I did. Aside from not being in an actual store box, these phones were in 100% perfect condition. The set up was quick and easy. Of 5 phones, all of them were hooked up and working perfectly shortly after they arrived. I have been using them for a few weeks now and have no problems with battery life/sound/reception etc. I couldn't be happier. What a great buy and the price was absolutely amazing!

I purchased this telephone system to replace a Uniden telephone system tha was destroyed due to a lightning strike. These Panasonic phones are a much better phone system.

a few after setting up the phones we had a call come in and the ringer kept going without a pause. figured if there was a problem already we sent them back.
