Fit our needs This fit our needs perfectly. Having to cut back on expenses, we needed to end our "answering service". So we needed a phone for our office line that would screen calls for us, and that we could program to also switch to our fax, etc. This fit all theses needs really, and more, and was less than one month of the service we were using. It was simple to program, and it is a nice low key ring with convient access to turning the answering machine on or off, it came with a default "voice" to answer which was also nice because we use this phone number for all questionaires, kind of a "spam" number so it does not intrude on our cell or home line. Love it.
