Good buy
This is a refurbished item so I was a bit leery but decided to take a chance. It worked out very well. I am delighted with the phones. They are just as described in the product write-up. And despite being a refurbished item they look new. They also work excellently.

If you have voice mail services with your regular phone company, you must turn off the answering machine in order for the Panosonic phone to ring five or more times on incoming calls.

Several of the handset do not work
I want to get a refund. Some of the handsets don't work and I was under the impression there was an intercom which is standard on most Panasonic models .Very disappointed.

Refurbished Phones work Perfectly!
The phones are great. Everything worked perfectly. First time we have ordered anything "refurbished" and we will do so again. Saved lots of money and have a brand new product. We did have to connect/sync a couple of the phones to the main system. It was all in the instruction manual and only took a couple of minutes. Great product!

Panasonic Telephone System
This phone system replaces a Panasonic system that no longer filled our needs. This new system contains many new features that make it a far superior system than our old telephones.

We've Got Phones
I love having the same phones and not one or two of this or that. The instruction booklet is a must if you are going to use all of the many features the phones have. The set is refurbished but I saw no indications of that. I have purchased Panasonic products before and was not disappointed. This was not an exception. I am very pleased so far.
