I love this set, sound quality is good, seems better on the cordless than the corded one. The cordless unit has a 2.5 Jack to use headset with it. It has an alarm clock feature. the buttons on the desk set are easy to use/read. and the buttons on the cordless unit are larger than most! I can actually see them.

This refurb phone with its corded base and cordless handset is my first cordless experience. So far I am very pleased with this product. I am on;ly giving it 4 stars because the functions are very numerous and i have had some difficulty getting some to work. I do not know if it is the product or me, but i suspect it is I. Anyway, because the instructions ought to be so user-friendly i can at elast figure out where to go for help, I am giving a 4, rather than a 5. But i will ahsten to add, that I am so far delighted wioth service, appearance and performance of this phone.

I love this phone, it has all the bells and whistle that I wanted. I love having a cordless and landline in one, if the power goes out I still have a phone.

It has so many functions and good for the price. Two phones, one cordless and one land line exactly what I needed. Shipment was fast.

clear voice and has a headset jack on remote handset. haven't explored some advance feature yet.
