Good product
Nice, compact phone. Keypad feel good, easy to manage menu (once you figure out how it works), nice tone choices (about 10 or 11). I didn't give it five stars only because I've scanned through the instructions, did some research on the answering machine and how you'd be able to keep ANSWER ON at night but WITHOUT the volume on (our previous one used to do that). Anyway, it'll eventually be replaced by a cell phone or something in about 5 years or so. Overall, good product.

Love it!
Our old phone fell apart and we need something affordable but functional. We love this phone! The speaker feature is great and I love that we dont have to get up to go to the base to hear a message being left if the receiver is next to us in another room.

Needed a new one, chose this refurbished one, seems like brand new and works as described. Some functions not intuitive, have to read the manual!

panasonic phone
Arrived in a timely fashion and in good shape. I was able, despite anxiety about it, to set up the phone and use it as soon as the handset was charged. I do miss having the speakerphone and additional dialing pad on base as on my last phone, however the minimal space phone occupies on crowded bedside table is an adequate exchange of values for me.

Awful quality!!
I dont know what is wrong with this phone, but there is horrible static when i'm talking- i can barely hear the other person! Ive never had this issue with a phone before, so its not the phone line.

So Far, Great
Had to replace my cordless/answering system, and this fit the bill. The handset has a speakerphone, the sound is clear and it's all easy to use. Nice small design.

Good value for the money
Looks and works as advertised. Wish some of the features were more user friendly. For example, can't figure out a way to save a number from the missed calls list.

This is a nice single phone with answering function. The speaker phone option is handy also. Good clear reception at a very reasonable price.
