This is a very small phone so if you normally put your phone down then its quite easy to lose. The phone came with attachable strap which comes in handy. I had a problem the first week of use - I DO NOT recommend using the security feature to Lock your SIM card - I did that and the phone did not accept my code though I knew I was entering the right code I had to take it to the phone company to unlock (after 10 tries it asks for a PUK # which you have to get at the service provider ) this feature ruined my SIM card and I had to get another. Another feature that dosnt work for me is the clock - its on 24 hour clock even though I have selected 12 hour. You cant put more than one number per individual so each number is a new entry :( kind of inconvenient. The ring tones are also annoying - I wish there was an actual ring of a phone... Other than that its an ok phone
